Production Time
Every badge is made to order. Once your order is placed, our team begins production immediately. Most custom badge orders are engraved or printed, quality-checked, and shipped within 2 business days.
Large bulk orders may require additional production time. If your order has special timing requirements, contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Production time is separate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the U.S. and need badges, contact us to discuss options.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged on arrival?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement.
Package lost in transit?
Contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement if needed.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
For large volume orders that require freight shipping, custom delivery scheduling, or drop-shipping to multiple locations, please contact us directly to arrange fulfillment.
