Ordering & Minimums
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. Order one badge or one thousand — we handle both.
Can I mix different names on one order?
Yes. Use the "Add Multiple" feature in the design tool to add different names, titles, or text to each badge within the same order.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Absolutely. Your designs are saved to your account. Just log in, find your saved design, and reorder in one click.
Can I order for my whole organization at once?
Yes. For large team orders, conference orders, or ongoing corporate accounts, contact us for bulk order assistance and custom invoicing options.
Design & Customization
Do I need design skills or software?
Not at all. Our live design tool is built for everyday users. Pick your shape, type your text, choose your colors — no design programs, no files to send.
Do you charge artwork fees?
No. There are no artwork fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You pay for the badges — that's it.
What fonts and colors are available?
The design tool gives you a range of fonts, text sizes, and background color options to choose from. Everything is selectable directly in the tool.
Can I add a logo or icon to my badge?
Yes. The tool includes a library of professional icons for common roles — cross, stethoscope, star, and more. Custom logo uploads are available as well, please contact us directly for this.
What sizes and shapes are available?
We offer several standard badge sizes and shapes including rounded corner rectangles, oval, and square corner options. All available sizes are shown in the design tool.
Pricing & Payment
How does volume pricing work?
The more badges you order, the lower your per-badge price. Pricing tiers are shown automatically as you build your order — no need to call for a quote.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see in the tool is the price you pay. No artwork fees, no setup fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal at checkout.
Do you offer invoicing for corporate or institutional buyers?
For qualifying bulk orders, contact us to discuss invoicing and corporate account options.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most custom badge orders are produced and shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Contact us if you have international shipping needs.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Returns & Quality
Do you accept returns on custom badges?
Because every badge is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives with an error or defect?
If the error is on our end, we will replace your order at no charge — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
What if I made a typo in my design?
Please double-check all text before submitting your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements for customer-entered errors, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
