Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. Most custom badge orders ship within 2 business days. We engrave or print every badge in-house in our US facility using professional laser engraving equipment or UV Printing — no outsourcing, no delays.

Your designs are saved to your account. When a new hire joins or you need a replacement badge, just pull up your saved design and reorder — no starting from scratch.

Do I need to send artwork or a logo file?
No. Everything is designed directly in the tool using text, fonts, and layout options. No external files needed.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. You can order a single badge or hundreds — your choice.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery after that is typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Can I order badges for my whole team at once?
Yes. Use the "Add Multiple" feature in the design tool to build out multiple badges in one session, or contact us for bulk order assistance.
What if I need help designing?
Our design tool is built for non-designers — but if you get stuck, reach out via our contact page and we'll help you get sorted.
Do you offer returns?
Because every badge is custom-made to order, we don't accept returns on personalized items. However, if there's an error on our end, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
