You can create your custom name badges in several different ways, either designing it from scratch using our easy and quick design tool, selecting one of our nametag templates that suits your companies needs or if you have a badge design already from before, you can upload it and make your order that way.

Unlike other badge design tools that take ages to figure out how to use, our design tool makes it simple and fast for you to create your badges. Simply start by choosing the shape and size of your desired badge, the background and text colors, the fonts, and upload your logo. You can also then select what type of backing you would like with your name badges. Our fastener options are either standard pin backings or a magnetic backing. Once you are happy with the layout and look of your name badge you can save your design. You will then be able to see a design proof of your badge, if you are happy you can proceed to add it to your cart. If you would like to modify your design simply edit your design and save it again to see your new design proof to approve or modify.

If you are ordering badges for multiple employees, you can use our CSV upload to enter all of the employee’s names and titles that need name badges. Once this is done, simply upload the file. You can then select the quantity of badges you would like to order and add the badges to your cart.

Register your account for free if you wish to save your design to your own personal design library. This also allows your to re-order any previous orders. If you need to modify the names of employees needing new nametags, simply download our CSV file again and enter the employee information and re-upload the CSV file, applying it to your design template.
